Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 pound Ground beef
  • 4 tbsp Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Pickles sliced

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, retain some of the pasta water and drain the rest well.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking apart the meat, until no longer pink. Add in the onions and garlic; cook until soft.
  • Stir in the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, add in the reserved pasta water a small amount at a time to thin out the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the cooked pasta and stir to combine with the sauce evenly.
  • Mix in 1/2 the cheddar cheese until combined. Top with the remaining cheese, cover with a lid and allow it to melt.
  • Garnish with pickles.
