Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Champagne vinegar
- 4 Sub rolls 6 inch (lightly toasted)
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Red onion shaved
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers sliced
- 4 slices Jarlsberg cheese halved
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, oregano, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the dressing on each half of the roll (use more or less as desired). Layer with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, onion, banana peppers, and cheese.
- Drizzle the oil and vinegar on the top half of the bread. Cut in half and serve with pickle.
