Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard more if desired
- 1/2 loaf French bread cut in half, about 6 inch piece per portion
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup Red onion
- 2 Pickles sliced into rounds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Spread the mustard onto the bread. Layer with spinach, tomato, turkey, cheese, and red onion. Place on a baking sheet and under the broiler until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve with pickles.
