Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red bell pepper diced small
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1/2 cup Fava beans

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the oil and pepper. Saute until softened, then add the corn and beans and saute until soft.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
