- 2 tbsp Red bell pepper diced small
- 1/2 cup Corn
- 1/2 cup Fava beans
Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the oil and pepper. Saute until softened, then add the corn and beans and saute until soft.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
