Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Goat cheese crumbled fine
- 2 Flatbread or less depending on size
- 1/3 cup Fresh figs cut into small chunks
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- Extra-virgin olive oil drizzling
- 2 tsp Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Evenly distribute the goat cheese onto the flatbread. Top with figs and tomato. Then place on a baking sheet.
- Set the oven broiler on low.
- Place the flatbread under the broiler until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Top the flatbread with arugula, and drizzle with oil and balsamic glaze. Season with cracked black pepper if desired.
