Fig Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Goat cheese crumbled fine
  • 2 Flatbread or less depending on size
  • 1/3 cup Fresh figs cut into small chunks
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • Extra-virgin olive oil drizzling
  • 2 tsp Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Evenly distribute the goat cheese onto the flatbread. Top with figs and tomato. Then place on a baking sheet.
  • Set the oven broiler on low.
  • Place the flatbread under the broiler until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Top the flatbread with arugula, and drizzle with oil and balsamic glaze. Season with cracked black pepper if desired.
