Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 Croissant sandwich size
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 oz White cheddar cheese sliced (Kerry Gold sharp white cheddar or brand of your choice)
- 4 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Mix together the mustard and mayo in a bowl.
- Spread the mustard and mayo on each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, ham, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Serve with pickle.
