Ham White Cheddar Croissant

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 Croissant sandwich size
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli ham
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz White cheddar cheese sliced (Kerry Gold sharp white cheddar or brand of your choice)
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Mix together the mustard and mayo in a bowl.
  • Spread the mustard and mayo on each half of the croissant and layer with spring mix, ham, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
  • Serve with pickle.
