Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 loaf Crusty bread sliced at an angle to create large long slices about 3/4 inch thick (or bread of your choice)
  • 8 slices Asiago cheese
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Heat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Layer each sandwich with the cheese's.
  • Cook the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Alternatively cook in a nonstick pan on medium heat, greased with nonstick spray as needed.
  • Serve with pickle.
