Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Wild rice
- 1/4 tsp Orange zest
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the directions on the package. Once tender, drain well.
- Toss the rice with zest (only the outer orange part, not the white pith underneath or it will make the dish very bitter), oil, and parsley. Season with salt to taste if needed before serving.
