Ingredients

  • 4 All beef hot dogs about 3oz per portion (one regular sized hot dog is about 1.5oz)
  • 4 Hot dog buns
  • 1 cups Sauerkraut optional
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard optional
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup optional
  • 1 tbsp Relish optional
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
  • Cook the hotdogs on all sides until they have a nice grill marks and warmed throughout.
  • Place the hotdog on the bun, top with your choice of condiments (sauerkraut, mustard, ketchup, relish). Serve with chips and pickle.
