- 4 All beef hot dogs about 3oz per portion (one regular sized hot dog is about 1.5oz)
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 1 cups Sauerkraut optional
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard optional
- 2 tbsp Ketchup optional
- 1 tbsp Relish optional
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium heat.
Cook the hotdogs on all sides until they have a nice grill marks and warmed throughout.
Place the hotdog on the bun, top with your choice of condiments (sauerkraut, mustard, ketchup, relish). Serve with chips and pickle.
