Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread or bread of your choice
  • 4 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  • Layer each sandwich with both cheese's.
  • Grease the pan with nonstick spray as needed. Cook the sandwich on both sides, covered with a lid, until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve with pickle.
