Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts stem off and cut in half
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Cook in the oven until tender and golden brown. Turn brussels sprouts halfway through to cook evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
