Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts stem off and cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together on a foil lined baking sheet.
  • Cook in the oven until tender and golden brown. Turn brussels sprouts halfway through to cook evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
