Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp Molasses
For the Slaw
- 3 cups Green cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Red cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup Carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup Scallions chopped
- 1/3 cup Cashews
- Sesame seeds garnish
- 4 Dinner rolls buttered if desired
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk all the ingredients for the dressing until fully combined. Taste and adjust as needed. Set aside.
- Toss the cabbages and carrots in a bowl. Portion into bowls and top with scallions, cashews, and chicken (see recipe in menu). Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with a roll.
