Ingredients
- 4 Pita bread
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 6 tbsp Feta cheese
- 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips or your favorite chips
- 4 Pickle spears
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped
- 2 tbsp Red onion chopped
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Place the yogurt, cucumber, red onion, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a blender. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the pita on both sides in a pan over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds per side.
- Layer the pita with spring mix, tomato, turkey, sauce, and top with feta. Fold up and serve with chips and pickles.
