Turkey Gyro

Ingredients

  • 4 Pita bread
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 6 tbsp Feta cheese
  • 2 oz Sour cream cheddar potato chips or your favorite chips
  • 4 Pickle spears

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red onion chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt, cucumber, red onion, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a blender. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the pita on both sides in a pan over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds per side.
  • Layer the pita with spring mix, tomato, turkey, sauce, and top with feta. Fold up and serve with chips and pickles.
