Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli cut into florets
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- In a pot of salted boiling water cook the broccoli until tender (not mushy), about 5 minutes. Drain well and push together on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, butter, and season with salt and pepper. Evenly spread the mixture over the broccoli.
- Place under the broiler until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Portion and serve.
