Ingredients
- 2 Flatbread
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 oz Deli ham
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Swiss cheese sliced
- 2 Pickles halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler on low.
- Warm the flatbread on both sides under the broiler.
- Spread the mayo and mustard onto both halves of the flatbread. Layer with spring mix, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
- Cut into quarters or halves (depending upon amount of portions). Serve with pickles.
