Ham & Swiss Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 Flatbread
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli ham
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese sliced
  • 2 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven broiler on low.
  • Warm the flatbread on both sides under the broiler.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard onto both halves of the flatbread. Layer with spring mix, ham, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese.
  • Cut into quarters or halves (depending upon amount of portions). Serve with pickles.
