Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp Kalamata olives halved
  • 1 tbsp Celery diced small
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh mint chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
