Ingredients

  • 4 Kaiser rolls lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Pepper jack cheese sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on the inside of the roll.
  • Layer the bread with spinach, turkey, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
