Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Pesto sauce
  • 4 6 inch Italian Bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 12 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 4 tbsp Roasted red peppers sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the mayo and pesto sauce. Lightly toast the bread then spread the pesto mayo on the inside of both halves.
  • Layer with lettuce, salami, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, fresh mozzarella, and roasted peppers. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
