Ingredients

Yogurt Bowl

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or your choice
  • 1 TBSP Honey optional
  • ½ cup Mixed fresh fruit such as berries, banana or kiwi
  • ½ cup Granola
  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds

Coffee

  • Coffee brewed to your liking
  • Your choice of sweetener optional
  • Your choice of creamer optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberry coulis: In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, water, and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries soften and release their juices. Mash with a fork or blend for a smoother coulis. Stir in lemon juice and let cool.
  • Sweeten the yogurt: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey if using. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the yogurt pots: portion the yogurt and top with mixed fresh fruit, granola and sliced almonds, and drizzle strawberry coulis on top.
  • Brew and prepare the coffee to your liking.
  • Serve the yogurt pots with coffee.
