Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil substitute duck fat if desired
  • 1 cloves Garlic slivered
  • 2 cups Tuscan Kale chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium low heat. Add in the garlic and sauté until golden for about 1 minute. Add in the kale and slowly cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

Pro Tip: If you saved the duck fat from the duck breast meal substitute it for added flavor!
