Whipped Sage Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and diced into like size pieces
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Fresh sage chopped

Instructions

  • In a pot of salted boiling water cook the potatoes until soft. (Check potatoes by inserting a fork, once the fork slides in and out with ease take them off heat and drain well).
  • Add in the butter and slowly whisk to mash the potatoes. Add in the sage and season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth.
