  • 3 cups Watermelon cut into small chunks
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint plus more for garnish
  • 8 tbsp Protein powder vanilla
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 2 cups Coconut milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Add more juice if needed to thin out. Garnish with mint if desired.
