Spread hummus evenly inside each tortilla wrap.
Layer with carrots, cucumber, tomato, olives, sunflower seeds, pickle slices, avocado, arugula, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice if desired.
Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, add chamomile tea bags or loose chamomile tea, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain loose tea.
Serve the wraps with cheese slices, apple slices, and hot chamomile tea.
