Ingredients

Divine Dish Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 Banana mashed
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Rolled oats rolled
  • 2 TBSP Dark chocolate chips

Vegetable Hummus Wrap

  • 2 large Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Olives halved
  • 2 TBSP Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Pickle slices
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 6 slices Parmesan cheese shaved from a wedge
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cheese and Apple Slices

  • 2 oz Your choice of cheese (such as Cheddar or Brie)
  • 1 Apple sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon, then fold in the oats until evenly coated. Gently mix in the dark chocolate chips. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until set and lightly golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Prepare all ingredients as listed in the ingredients section.
  • Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of hummus over each wrap.
  • Layer with carrots, cucumber, tomato, olives, sunflower seeds, pickle slices, avocado, arugula, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Fold in the sides of each wrap and roll tightly to close.
  • Serve the wraps alongside cheese slices and apple slices.
