Prepare all ingredients as listed above.
Cook porridge: In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, combine rolled oats, milk, cream, and the vanilla. Stir frequently for 10–15 minutes until oats are tender and the mixture is thick and creamy. Add a little extra milk if needed for desired consistency.
Make brown sugar apples: In a separate saucepan, add apple wedges, brown sugar, and honey. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender, golden, and sticky.
Brew coffee to your preference. Add sweetener and creamer if desired.
Serve the porridge topped with brown sugar apples, alongside fresh fruit and coffee.
