Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

Wrap

  • 1 clove Garlic pressed or grated
  • 3 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1/3 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 8 slices Lemon
  • 2 TBSP Fresh mint

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Make the aioli: In a bowl mix the garlic and mayo. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the wrap: Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and spread with the aioli, layer with spinach, tomato, onion, cranberries, and turkey. Fold in the ends and roll up tightly.
  • Mix the sparkling water with lemon slices and mint.
  • Serve: Cut the wrap in half. Enjoy with carrot sticks, ranch, and sparkling water.
