Turkey Swiss Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 2 large Focaccia bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 2 TBSP Red onion shaved or sliced thin
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see the deli meats tab for recipe
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Beverage

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per instruction above.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on the inside of each half of bread.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey, and swiss. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve: Cut in half and enjoy with chips, pickle and sparkling water.
