Turkey Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lb Ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 2 Whole wheat tortilla use your favorite flavor wrap
  • 1 cups Baby spinach
  • 8 Grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 tsp Gochujang use more or less deepening on desired spiciness
  • 1 stalk Celery cut into sticks about 3 to 4 per portion
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 1 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the oil. Brown the turkey, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown while breaking it up into smaller pieces until it is no longer pink.
  • Layer the wrap with cheese, spinach, turkey, tomatoes and Gochujang. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Place the wrap onto the panini grill and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
    (Alternatively, lightly grease a the grill pan on medium heat, place the wrap seam side down cook to golden brown then flip over and do the same to the other side).
  • Cut in half and serve with celery sticks, ranch, and chips.

Notes

Gochujang (is a red chili paste) it is a savory, sweet, and spicy fermented condiment popular in Korean cooking. The level of spiciness depends on the brand, some may be spicier than others so make sure to add a little at a time to taste.
