Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Lightly brush both sides of the zucchini slices with the oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly browned, about 3 minutes per side.
In a bowl mix together the mayo, basil and garlic.
Spread the mayo mixture onto the wrap and layer with spinach, tomato, grilled zucchini, turkey, and mozzarella. Fold in the ends and roll up. Place the wraps onto a baking sheet and into the oven for about 5 - 7 minutes or until the wrap is warmed through and the cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
