Turkey Monterey Jack Wrap

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 4 Whole wheat tortilla 8 inch
  • 3 cups Baby spinach
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 cups Napa cabbage shredded
  • 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4 oz monterey jack cheese
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo, sriracha, sugar, and rice wine vinegar. Add in the cabbage and season with salt and pepper. Using your hands squeezing the cabbage work the mixture together for 1 - 2 minutes, then set aside.
  • Layer the wrap with baby spinach, tomato, turkey, monterey jack cheese, and the cabbage mixture. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
