Turkey Monterey Jack Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 4 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 2 cups Spring mix
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Monterey jack cheese
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 4 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together the mayo and sriracha, then spread on the wrap.
  • Layer the wrap with tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, spring mix, turkey, red onion, and monterey jack cheese. Fold in the ends and roll up. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
