Turkey Jarlsberg Sandwich

2 tbsp Yellow mustard 1 tsp Honey 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted 1 cups Spring mix 4 slices Tomato 6 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab 2 slices Jarlsberg cheese halved 1 oz Potato chips 2 Pickle spears
In a bowl mix together the mustard and honey. Add more honey to taste if needed. Spread the honey mustard on all slices of bread. Layer the bread with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, cheese.
Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
