Turkey Jarlsberg Sandwich

- 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
- 4 tsp Mayonnaise
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 12 slices Tomato
- 4 oz Jarlsberg cheese sliced
- 4 Pickles halved
- 2 oz Potato chips
Lightly toast the bread.
Spread the mayo and mustard on both slices of bread.
Layer the bread with lettuce, turkey seasoned with salt and pepper, tomato, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickle and chips.
