Turkey Jarlsberg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Jarlsberg cheese sliced
  • 4 Pickles halved
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on both slices of bread.
  • Layer the bread with lettuce, turkey seasoned with salt and pepper, tomato, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickle and chips.
