Turkey Gouda Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 1 cups Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast or use fresh roasted turkey see recipe in Deli meats tab
  • 2 slices Gouda cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Spread the mustard on all slices of bread. Layer the bread with spring mix, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, cheese.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.

Notes

Pro tips: Butterfly the chicken: Lay the breasts down on a cutting board, using a sharp knife parallel to the cutting board slice the breasts through the middle (carefully) all the way in half.
