Turkey Cranberry Almond Wrap

Ingredients

Wrap

  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
  • 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise more if needed
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Green leaf lettuce chopped
  • 2 x-large Flour tortillas
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Apple Cider

  • 16 oz Apple cider cold

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
  • In a bowl combine turkey, onion, almonds, celery, mayo, and cranberries. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the mixture onto the wrap, layer in the lettuce, fold in the ends, and roll up tight.
  • Serve: Cut wrap in half. Enjoy with chips, pickle, and apple cider.
