Turkey Cranberry Almond Wrap

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast chopped
  • 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise more if needed
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 x-large Flour tortillas
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling water

  • 16 oz Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Prep turkey, onion, and celery per instruction above.
  • In a bowl combine turkey, almonds, celery, mayo, and cranberries. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the mixture onto the wrap, fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Serve: Cut wrap in half. Enjoy with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
