In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground turkey, breaking it up into smaller pieces with a spatula for about 5 minutes. Add in the onions, peppers, and all the spices. Cook for another 5 minutes mixing everything together. Add crushed tomato, chicken broth, beans, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 35 minutes partially covered with a lid. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese on top. Garnish with tortilla chips and jalapeno (if using).
