Turkey Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Your choice of bread
  • 4 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 6 oz Leftover turkey sliced
  • 2 slices Your choice of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your choice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Optional: Toast the bread.
  • Spread mayo on one side of each bread slice.
  • Layer with lettuce, turkey, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Top each sandwich with the remaining bread slices and gently press down and cut in half.
  • Add the lemon slices to the sparkling water. Serve over ice, if desired.
  • Serve the sandwich with chips, pickle, and lemon sparkling water.
