Turkey Cheddar Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 4 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, turkey, tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese. Cut in half and serve with chips and pickles.
