Turkey Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP Ranch dressing
  • 2 tsp Sriracha sauce use more or less to your desired taste
  • 4 slices Sour dough rye bread toasted
  • 3 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast sliced thin
  • 2 oz Brie cheese sliced (enough brie to cover the sandwich)
  • 1 cup Carrots cut into sticks

Beverage

  • 16 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep vegetables per instruction above.
  • In a bowl mix together the ranch and sriracha. Set aside.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread the mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and cheese.
  • Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with carrots and spicy ranch, and sparkling water.
