Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap

Ingredients

Wrap

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise or desired amount
  • 2 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch long sticks
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Hurricane Mocktail

  • 12 oz Passion Fruit Juice cold
  • 12 oz Orange juice cold
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 4 TBSP Grenadine syrup

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Lay the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook on both sides until it is golden brown and crisp. Set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease. While the bacon is cooking, prep the ingredients above.
  • Spread the mayo (use as desired) onto the wrap. Layer with spring mix, tomato, bacon, avocado, and turkey.
  • Mix the ingredients for the mocktail. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Cut the wrap in half and serve with carrots, ranch, and hurricane mocktail.
