Prepare all ingredients as described above.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon on both sides until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Toast the bread to your preferred level of crispness.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Build each Sandwich: place one slice of bread (condiment side up), layer lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, and avocado, then top with the second slice of bread (condiment side down). Cut in half.
Combine all the ingredients for the chia frecsa. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to bloom.
Serve the sandwich with carrots, hummus, and sparkling chia fresca.
