Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
- 1 cup Butter lettuce cut to fit the bread
- 4 slices Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Lime Spritzer
- 16 oz Sparkling water
- 6 slices Lime
Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
Mix together the sparkling water and lime slices. Serve over ice if desired.
Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickles, and spritzer.
